"We have heard senior counsel appearing for the appellant. Having regard to the fact that the matter has been remanded back to the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (in short 'the Commission') to decide the question of limitation, we do not find any bar with the Commission to decide that question by applying the correct law. Hence, with this observation, these civil appeals are disposed of."

It is submitted that the Counsel for the Appellant has on 19.08.2015 filed application for modification/clarification of the order dated 20.07.2015 and the same is registered as I.A. No. 2-3 of 2015. (Copies are placed with paper books)
