We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the applications.

In our view, it is for the Electricity Regulatory Commission to decide the matter as per the order of remand.

It goes without saying that the Electricity Regulatory Commission may go on the merits of the case.

With the above observations, these applications are disposed of.
