We have heard senior counsel appearing for the appellant.
Having regard to the fact that the matter has been remanded back to the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (in short 'the Commission') to decide the question of limitation, we do not find any bar with the Commission to decide that question by applying the correct law.
Hence, with this observation, these civil appeals are disposed of.
