It is submitted that notice was issued on 01.02.2013 to both the respondents through registered A.D. Mr. Kumar Mihir, Advocate has on 08.12.2014 entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 after obtaining NOC from Ms. N. Shobha, advocate and he has also filed counter affidavit. Duly signed A.D card has been received for respondent no. 2 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. Service is complete.
