UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Having heard the learned ASG for the petitioner(s), learned senior counsel for the respondent(s)-Caveator as also the other learned advocates, at this stage, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order since the proceedings are still pending before the High Court, and the High Court has only devised a method of resolving the issue.
All contentions of the parties are left open to be urged before the High Court.
Hence, petitions are disposed of along with the pending application(s), if any.
