It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that instant Civil Appeals have been disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 16.02.2016.(Copy of the order is included in the paper books as Annexure P2 at page nos. 5456)

It is further submitted that Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Advocate has filed contempt petition for disobedience of Order dated 16.02.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court and the same are registered as Contempt Petition Nos. 393394 of 2016.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has also filed an application for seeking exemption from filing Official Translation of vernacular annexure and the same is registered as Interlocutory Application nos. 12.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Advocate has on 20.07.2016 filed Additional affidavit with the permission of the Court and the same is included in the paper books.

Civil Appeal paper books have been weeded out and the counsel has filed fresh appeal paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The contempt petition along with application above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
