Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and 2. on carefully perusing the material available on record, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Capt whereby anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, subject to fulfillment of certain conditions imposed upon him by the said Court.
