The Respondent-husband has filed a petition for divorce against the petitioner-wife being H.M.A.Case No.55 of 2000 before the District Court, Delhi. The wife-petitioner is residing at Napasar, Bikaner, Rajasthan. This is a petition seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings from Delhi to Bikaner, Rajasthan.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, but without expressing any opinion on the allegations and counter allegations made against one another, which are subjudice in the main proceedings, we are of the opinion that it will be for better convenience of the parties and in the interest of justice if the proceedings are directed to be transferred from Delhi to Bikaner, Rajasthan, to be heard by a competent court thereat.
Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed. It is directed that H.M.A.Case No.55/2000, titled "Gopal Sharma @ Ram Gopal @ Gopal Chand vs. Ansuya Sharma", pending in the ...2/-

Court of Smt.Urmila Rani, Addl.District Judge, Karkardooma, Delhi shall stand transferred to the District Court, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The Additional District Judge, Karkardooma, Delhi shall, soon on communication of this order, transfer the record of proceedings in H.M.A.Case No.55/2000 titled, "Gopal Sharma @ Ram Gopal @ Gopal Chand Vs. Ansuya Sharma" to the District Judge, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The parties, through their respective counsel, are directed to appear before the District Judge, Bikaner, Rajasthan on 7th July, 2003.
