UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Issue notice.
- 2 Mr N Venkataraman, Additional Solicitor General, states that counter affidavit shall be filed within a period of two weeks.
- 3 Tag with SLP (C) Nos 19366-19369 of 2023 (Director General of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence & Ors v Gameskraft Technologies Private Limited & Ors).
- 4 In order to facilitate the submissions before the Bench, it has been agreed that Ms Charanya Lakshmikumaran and Mr Chandrashekhar, counsel, shall act as the nodal counsel. They shall put together a common compilation of the submissions, pleadings, documents and precedents in terms of the Circular dated 22 August 2023 issued for regulating the course of submissions in larger Bench cases. The compilations together with the written submissions shall be in the electronic form and shall be emailed to the Court Master at [email protected] at least one week before the next date of listing.
- 8 List the Petitions with connected matters for hearing and final disposal on 2 April 2024.
