Ld. Counsel seeks and is given two weeks time, as last chance to file an I.A. to amend the cause title. Whether the said I.A. is filed within the period stipulated above or not filed the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

Ld. Counsel shall also provide the advance copy of the petition to Dr. Meera Agrawal, Ld. Counsel within a period of one week and file proof thereof. Once the I.A. to amend the cause title is filed and is allowed, vakalatnama filed by Dr. Meera Agrawal, Ld. Counsel on behalf of Lrs. Of deceased respondent No.5 be taken on record.
