UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

• 2 In order to enable this Court to have a clear view of the facts, it has been agreed by the counsel that a joint note containing undisputed facts shall be tendered before this Court before the next date of listing.
• 3 It has been agreed that Mr KM Nataraj, Additional Solicitor General, shall prepare the first draft and share it with Mr Samarth Sagar, counsel for the second respondent, who may then indicate such changes as desired in track mode.
• 4 We would expect the counsel to submit an agreed formulation of facts before this Court leaving aside the contentious issues which should be decided by this Court.
• 5 List the Curative Petition on 08 April 2024.
