Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through this transfer petition and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer Writ Petition No. 2842 of 2013 titled as "Aaruni Harish Chandra Patil Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax & Anr." from the High Court of judicature at Bombay to this Court.

We order accordingly.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that in the petition which is sought to be transferred, there are other questions which are not common to other petitions.

In these circumstances, it would be open to the respondent to raise the said plea at the time when the transferred case is finally heard.

The Registry is directed to immediately transmit a copy of this order to the High Court of Bombay at Maharashtra.

List the transferred case and the connected Special Leave Petitions in due course.
