It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition abovementioned is filed against the final impugned Judgment and Order dated 5th September, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in ITTA No. 596 of 2014 and is barred by time by 68 days. The counsel for the petitioner has filed Application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in refiling the Special Leave Petition after curing the defects which is barred by time by 14 days.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition No. 11139 of 2014 @CC No. 6186 of 2014 entitled "CITXIII vs RAJINDER KUMAR" referred to on Page C which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st April, 2014 when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice.(Copy of the Order dated 21st April, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
