This Special Leave Petition alongwith an application for condonation of delay has been filed by Mr. Sureshan. P, Advocate on 1 st July, 2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 09.02.2015 of the High Court of Orissa at Cuttack in CMAPL No. 12 of 2014 which is barred by 49 days.
It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 28.07.2015 stating therein that order dated 16.12.2009 and 06.11.2009 mentioned in the impugned order are not necessary for hearing of the matter. If required, shall be produced at the time of hearing. Hence, requested to register the SLP at his risk (Copy of Advocate's letter has been annexed at page No. 47 of the paper books for the perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
The matter alongwith application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
