It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 06.01.2012 modified on 12.01.2012 and 27.03.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA APP No. 1129/2008 and CM No. 595/2014 in LA APP No. 1129/2008. The matter filed against order dated 06.1.2012 modified on 12.01.2012 is barred by time by 810 days and matter filed against order dated 27.3.2014 is barred by time by 5 days. The matters were initially filed on 23.6.2014. The matters were found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 28.01.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 181 days.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners was required to file the exhibit dated 23.08.2011 and 19.09.2011 and the case referred on page 29 and further required to replace the dim page nos. 53 to 207 of SLP. In this regard, he has given separate letters dated 27.01.2015 and 28.01.2015 and the same have been placed at Page Nos. 261 & 262 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 2103-2188/2014 arising out of Special Leave Petition(C) Nos.24530-615/2012 (Main matter C.A. No. 2091/2014) arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.02.2014 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same with certain observations. Copy of order dated 13.02.2014 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
