None for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the Lrs. Nos. 1/1, 1/2 is present. He seeks and is given four weeks' time for filing the counter affidavit. As far as the respondent No. 1/3 is concerned the notice sent to him under registered cover has been received back with the endorsement "Insufficient address".

The learned counsel for the petitioner shall be directed to furnish the fresh particulars of the said respondent within two weeks and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.
