Of deceased respondent No.1 submits that there are defects in the application for substitution, as the names mentioned in such application are not the actual names of the respondents and accordingly, opportunity was given to the petitioner, but no such application for curing the defects has been filed.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is given last opportunity to file a fresh application for substitution for bringing on record the actual and real lrs. of respondent No.1 by mentioning proper names, within four weeks.
