Issue notice.

Mr. Parmatma Singh, learned Advocate-on-Record appears on caveat for all the private respondents in all the writ petitions except in writ petition No. 8938 of 2023 and accepts notice on their behalf. Hence, formal service of notice on these respondents is dispensed with.

We are also apprised by Mr. Sidharth Luthra, learned senior counsel that writ petition No. 7100 of 2023 has already been withdrawn by the writ petitioners on 13th April, 2023. Hence, no relief is warranted in this proceeding so far that writ petition is concerned.

List on 18.07.2023.

The prayer for interim relief shall be considered on the next date of hearing.
