UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard Mr. R. Basant, learned Senior Advocate in support of the petition and Ms. Sweena Nair, learned Advocate appearing for the State.

Considering the stage of the present matter, we see no reason to interfere in our jurisdiction under Article 136(1) of the Constitution of India.

The Special Leave Petition is therefore dismissed leaving all questions open to be agitated at the appropriate stage in the proceedings. The dismissal of the petition shall not taken to be reflection on the merits of the matter.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we also permit the petitioners to present their submissions in support of application for discharge through their lawyer(s).

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
