Advocate, Mr. Ishaan Borthakur on behalf of Mr.Shuvodeep Roy, Advocate-on-record appears for respondent No.1 and submits that he has received instruction only from the State of Tripura in all the matters, however, with respect to the other respondents i.e., respondent nos. 2 to 23, he will be seeking instruction and file the vakalatnama and counter affidavit within four weeks. Ld. counsel for respondent No.1 makes request for copy of pleadings. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of pleadings upon Ld. counsel for respondent No.1 within one week and file proof thereof. Thereafter, four weeks' time is granted to the said respondent for filing counter affidavit.
