UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Both the sides, on instruction, submitted that the parties are willing to go for a mediation. They have also submitted that the parties may be referred to the mediation center attached to the Court at Irinialakuda, Thrissur District, Kerala.

The prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, we refer the parties to the abovementioned madiation center to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, who would appear before the said Mediation Centre on 08.10.2018 at 11.00 A.M.

The Incharge, Mediation Centre, after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the disputes, shall submit a report to this Court within one month thereafter.

Post on 12.11.2018.
