We find no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment(s) and order(s) against which the present petitions for special leave to appeal have been preferred.

We are, however, of the opinion that the issue of legality of rectification of the deed, which has been dealt with in the judgment(s) under appeal(s) may be examined by the authority of the first instance while considering the dispute Signature Not Verified

raised before it before coming to the conclusion on the dispute involved.

The special leave petitions are dismissed with the above observation.
