UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel for the Union of India and Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior

counsel along with Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for the Medical Council of India, it is directed that the Institution shall be inspected as per the Regulations and if any deficiency is noticed, the same shall be brought to the notice of the applicant-Institution as per the scheme and time shall be granted as per the Regulations for removing the deficiencies.

It will be open to the applicant to approach the Medical Council of India for extension of time for submitting form 'A' and 'B'.

The interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.
