It is submitted that the matter above mentioned has been filed under Section 18 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 against the final Order dated 13.02.2014 of the Ld. Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, Delhi in EA 46 of 2012 in Petition No. 143 of 2007.

It is further submitted that there is delay of 15 days in refiling the appeal and the Advocate has filed an application for condonation of delay which was duly condoned by the Additional Registrar (1-B) on 20.08.2014.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 4952 of 2014 arising out of same judgment and filed between cross parties was dismised by this Hon'ble Court on 08.05.2014. (Copy of Record of Proceedings with signed order dated 08.05.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 4215 of 2013 (arising out of Civil Appeal D. No. 2950 of 2013) between same parties arising out of similar issue is pending before this Hon'ble Court and the Court on 22.04.2013 was

pleased to admit the appeal. (Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 22.04.2013 is annexed in the paper books as Annexure A-2 at page Nos. 187-188). (Main matter is Civil Appeal No. 4217 of 2013).

It is lastly submitted that Civil Appeal No. 4651 of 2013 (arising out of Civil Appeal D. No. 11991 of 2013) is pending before this Hon'ble Court and the Court on 10.05.2013 was pleased to admit the appeal. (Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 10.05.2013 is annexed in the paper books as Annexure A-3 at page No. 189).

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
