• $\mathbf{1}$ This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of HMOP No 82 of 2020 titled "Azeesthulla vs Shaheena" from the District Family Welfare Court, Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu to the Court of the Prl. Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka
• $\mathsf{2}$ We have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
• $\overline{3}$ Having regard to the interests of justice, we are of the view that an order for the transfer of the proceedings is warranted. We accordingly allow the transfer petition and direct that HMOP No 82 of 2020 titled "Azeesthulla vs Shaheena" be transferred from the District Family Welfare Court, Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu to the Court of the Prl. Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka.

The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.

• 5 After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter without unnecessary adjournments.
• 6 Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
