It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 13.11.2015 of the High Court of Assam at Guwahati in W.P. (C) Nos. 4589 and 5569 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 14 & 17 days respectively) (registered as I.A. No. 1-2) the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 35121 of 2014 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of order dated 12.08.2015 has been placed as Annexure P-8 at Page Nos. 177-178 in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 21803 of 2014 referred to on Annexure P-9 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.08.2014, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 08.08.2014 is enclosed herewith.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
