UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0$ R D E R
While we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment, which is in the nature of an order of adjournment, we somallowave it open to the petitioners to press for an early hearing and Date: 2004-05-20<br> $\frac{13.43}{19.43}$ Sposal of the writ petition pending before the High Court.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they have paid more than Rs.29 crores and every effort by filing repeated writ petitions is being made to delay the proceedings.
We make no comments in this regard, except observing that all the pleas and contentions may be raised by the petitioners before the High Court in the pending writ petition. It will also be open to the petitioners to move an application for variation/vacation of the impugned order, by which hearing before the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) has been stayed.
Recording the aforesaid, the special leave petition is dismissed.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
