The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th July, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice. Tag along with SLP(C)NO. 21803 of 2014.

Pending further orders, proceedings in the contempt shall remain stayed."

Thereafter the matters alongwith connected matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th February, 2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Perused the letter. Counter affidavit be filed within three weeks. List thereafter."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents on 1st September, 2016 and all the respondents are represented by Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Advocate/Caveator and he has on 28th October, 2016 filed counter affidavit alongwith Annexure 1 to 3 on their behalf of all the respondents. Copy of the same has already been included in the Special Leave Petition paper books.
