As per Tracking Report of Postal Authority (copy enclosed) service is effected on respondent nos. 3, 9, 15, 22, 26, 28, 30 to 37, 39, 44, 45 & 46 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard. Issue notice. Tag along with SLP(C)No(s).14918-14919 of 2016 and connected matters. Operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed, pending further orders from this Court,"

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondent nos. 1-13 on

10.10.2016 through Registered A.D. Post. As per Tracking Report of Postal Authority

(copy enclosed) service is effected on all the respondents, but no appearance is filed

on their behalf so far.
