The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 01.04.2016 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru in Writ Petition Nos. 2531-2575/2016

It is submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 23452 of 2014 arising out of SLP(C)CC No. 11103 of 2014 filed by the same petitioner (CAG) arising out of similar issue as referred to on Annexure P-2 at page nos. 76-77 was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 19.08.2014.

It is submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 14918-19 of 2016 referred to on Annexure P-6 at page nos. 208-212 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.05.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
