The matters above mentioned have been filed on 12th May, 2016 against the final Judgment and Order dated 19th February, 2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Writ Petition No. 6148 and 6149 of 2016.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 23452 of 2014 arising out of Special Leave Petition(C) CC...No. 11103 of 2014 entitled "THE COMPTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL OF INDIA AND ORS -Vs- THE CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL REP BY ITS REGISTRAR AND ORS" @ similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th August, 2014, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the order has already been placed as Annexure P-5 at page nos. 93-94 in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has filed a letter stating therein that the W.P. No. 1078 of 2012 was challenged before the High Court of Madras vide order dated 3rd April, 2014 after following the decision in W.P. Nos. 18611 and 18612 of 2011 dated 19th March, 2014. Copy of the Advocate's letter is circulated herewith.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
