For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Applications for exemption from filing O.T.
and for permission to file additional documents/facts/annexures are allowed.
The grievance of the petitioners is that IA No. 5/2020 in term sought that the consequential benefits be given to the petitioners as they succeeded before the Supreme Court and that application was directed to be considered by the High Court. The High Court has simply dismissed the application and the consequences have not flowed to the contesting parties despite a representation made by the petitioners and the UPSC referring their matter to the State Government.
Issue notice returnable in six weeks.
