It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 58 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 01.02.2016 of the High Court of Bombay at Nagpur in WP No. 7008 of 2015.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 12.07.2016 filed a letter stating therein that resolution dated 06.03.1999 is not necessary to be filed for consideration of the questions of law raised in the Special Leave Petition because all relevant documents have been filed with the Special Leave Petition (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 12.07.2016 is included in the paperbooks at page No. 385).
It is lastly submitted that the instant matter has been tagged with SLP (C) Nos. 1751117512 of 2016 as both are arising out of common followed judgment.
