Accordingly show cause notice was issued on 20th December, 2016 to all the 13 respondents by registered A.D. Post. Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate has on 30th January, 2017 filed Vakalatnama / Appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 1 to 6 and 13 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Track consigment report shows that show cause notice has been delivered to respondent no. 7, 11 and 12 but no one has filed vakalatnama / Appearnace on behalf of said respondent no. 7 to 12 so far. Track consignment report of India Post shows that Respondent No. 8 has left India. Insufficient addresses in respect of Respondent no. 9 and 10 . Service is incomplete in respect of Respondent no. 8,9 and 10.

The office report is listed before the Learned Registrar Court.
