The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 16/04/2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The office report indicates that some of the respondents are yet to be served. The served respondents have yet to file the counter affidavit in some of the SLPs.

Four weeks time is granted to the served respondents to file the counter affidavit if any. Steps be taken for service on the other respondents through the District Court other postal modes.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner in SLP(C) No.25740/13 submits that he may be given four weeks time to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. Time as prayed for is granted to him.

List the matter on 6.08.2014."

SLP(C)NO. 25739/2013:

It is submitted that Mr. Anupam Lal Das, Advocate has on 15/04/2014 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

It is further submitted that the service on Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 is still not complete as the Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed process fee and spare copies for issuing fresh notice.

SLP(C)NO. 25740/2013:

It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to bring on record the Lrs. Of deceased respondent No. 1, so far.

It is further submitted that the Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed process fee and spare copies of SLP for issuing fresh notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. Hence the same could not be issued so far.

SLP(C)NO. 35791/2013:

It is submitted that Mr. Anupam Lal Das, Advocate has on 16/04/2014 filed Counteraffidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 3 to 5. Ms. K. Enatoli Sema, Advocate has not filed Counteraffidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1, so far.

SLP(C)NO. 35901/2013:

It is submitted that M/s Anip Sachthey, Ms. K. Enatoli Sema, Advocates have not filed their respective Counters on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 4 respectively. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, so far though served by registerd AD .

SLP(C)NO. 14122/2014:

The instant SLP was listed on 3/07/2014 before the Hon'ble Court when the Court directed to issue notice.

Accordingly, notice was issued on 1/08/2014 to all the 3 respondents by registered AD Post. Neither AD Cards nor unserved envelope containing the notice of all the respondents has been received back

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office report.
