The respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent Nos.4-21 have been deleted from the array of parties by order dated 28.01.2014 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps in the respect of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 and also he has not cured the defects in the application for deletion of respondent Nos.4-24 despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has stated that the respondent No.3 has been merged in respondent No.1 and he seeks permission to file an application for deletion of the respondent No.3. Permission is granted. Four weeks time is given to file the same.
