The respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent Nos.4-21 have been deleted from the array of parties by order dated 28.01.2014 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.
Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
