"In SlP(C) Nos. 1680816820/2014 and 1682116840/2014, one week's time as last chance is given to the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to serve the copy of the pleadings to Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, counsel and he shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

List the above matters again on 20.10.2016.

In all other matters, the appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed thus, the matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 30.9.2016 filed proof of serve the copy of the pleadings to Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, Advocate.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, counsel for the respondents has not filed counter affidavit in both the above matters.

Service is Complete.
