UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain, Learned counsel for the respondents have stated that the petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondents shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter. After expiry of four weeks, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Mr. Mahendra Singh, Ld. Counsel has stated that his name has not been generated in the Cause List. Office shall rectify the database accordingly.
