The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 04.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Service is deemed complete in all the matters numbered above.

All the respondents who have not filed the counter affidavit shall within a period of four weeks file the same.

Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, Ld. Counsel has stated that the petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The said counsel shall also file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, therafter.

List again on 16.9.2016 ."

It is submitted that counsel has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of all the served respondents so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed 'Proof of service' after serving the copies of pleadings of Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal and counter affidavit has also not filed so far.

Service is complete in all the abovementioned matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
