UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Learned Advocate for the applicant has shown a filing memo regarding payment of process fee on 14th February, 2008. Office has to be careful while reporting the facts in Office Reports. In as much as in the Office Report it is stated that petitioner has not filed process fee with spare copies.

Office has to verify the record regarding the payment of process fee with spare copies and to issue notice at the earliest. Such issuance of notice be reported in writing.
