UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned Additional Solicitor General – Ms. Aishwarya Bhati for the Central Bureau of Investigation states that the petitioners shall be given notice of 24 hours as may be required in the facts and circumstances of the case in case the respondents intend to arrest the petitioners. However, the petitioners shall respond to the notice issued against them under Section 160 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

2. In view of the above submissions, we are not inclined to interfere with the common impugned order passed by the High Court.

3. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
