UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 27487/2019

Service of notice is complete on all the respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

However, Mr. A. Rajarajan, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Aniruddha P. Mayee, Ld. Advocate-on-Record seeks and is given one week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1.

After four weeks, the matter be processed for listing before Hon'ble Court under rules.

As per postal tracking report, notice issued to respondent Nos.4(i) and 4(ii) in SLP(C) No. 2048/2019 could not be served and returned back undelivered. Hence, learned counsel for petitioners shall, within a period of two weeks', file fresh particulars of the said respondents and shall take requisite steps for the service of notice upon them. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.
