UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Learned counsel has referred us to the office report dated 03.01.2024 which indicates that a sum of Rs.19,85,000/- has been deposited by the petitioners' counsel with the Registry. A further of Rs.25,000/- is also deposited by the petitioners' counsel. As the sole respondent has entered appearance, the Registry is

directed to remit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the bank account of the respondent. The balance amount be deposited by the Registry in an interest bearing fixed deposit account of a Nationalised Bank, initially for a period of one year, with auto-renewal facility.
