It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties in the above three cases are same as in SLP(C)No.14510/2010 and connected cases which have been ordered to be tagged. Service is still awaited in the present three cases. Hence counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve notice on the counsel for respondents in each of the case who have appeared in the connected cases and file proof of service. Two weeks time granted for filing proof affidavit and also for the appearance of the respondents.
