In Civil Appeal No.4160/12 it is seen that respondent has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit through M/s Karanjawala & Co. but the name of the respondent is shown as Eastern India Powertech Ltd. though the respondent is DLF Power Ltd. Ld.counsel for the respondent clarifies that the respondent company has changed the name and that she will be filing an appropriate application/letter to bring this fact on record. Time is granted.
