As per Office Report dated 20.08.2014, Notice of Lodgment of Petition to Appeal has been received from the High Court with the remarks that respondent nos. 4,10,13,14,15,16,17,19,20,21,23,31 and 33 have died and respondent no. 34 could not be served due to incomplete address. Learned counsel for the appellant has not taken any steps in this regard so far. Two weeks' time is granted to take appropriate steps in the matter, failing which the petition qua unserved respondent nos. 4,10,13,14,15,16,17,19,20, 21,23,31,33 and 34 shall be deemed to be rejected.
