Sh. N. Venkataraman, Learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the petitioner – Union of India has fairly stated that in terms of the order passed by this Court in SLP (C) Nos. 32709-32710 of 2018 (& Batch) dated 22.07.2022, the Government has already issued instructions and opened the gateway, as directed by this Court.

In view of the order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the instant case. The Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
