The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.07.2015 with an office report dated 14.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard. Issue notice returnable on Tuesday, the 8th September, 2015. Dasti, in addition, is also permitted."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents through Regd. A.D. as well as Dasti to counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has on 19.08.2015 filed affidavit of dasti service with stating therein that all the four respondents have been served but no one has put appearance on their behalf, so far.

Service is complete.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 03.09.2015 filed application for permission to file additional documents with affidavit and additional documents as Annexure A & B. As the matter is on board, copies of the same are being circulated with this office report.
