application. On the other hand the judgment of the High Court reads that the petitioner is fully cured and therefore, bail on medical grounds could not be allowed. Before we take a decision in this matter, we direct that the petitioner

gets himself examined from the Head of Department

in the concerned speciality in Tata Memorial Hospital, Bombay within a period of two weeks from today.

The matter be put up on 2nd August, 2010.

Petitioner be not arrested in the meanwhile in the present case.
