Fresh notice to be issued to respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6, 8, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 18. Respondent No.7 has not entered appearance, despite service. List again on 13.4.2015.''

It is submitted that Counsel for the respondent no. 1, 5, 19 and 10 have not filed counter affidavit. Fresh notice to unserved respondent nos. 2 to 4, 6, 8, 11 ,13, 15, 17 and 18 were issued on 19.03.2015 through registered A.D. A.D. Card duly signed have been received back in respect of respondent no. 4 and 8 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Advocate has on 10.04.15 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 17 but has not filed counter affidavit. Duly signed A.D. cards are awaited in respect of respondent no. 2, 3, 6, 11, 13, 15 and 18.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
